Terms of Service
General
- By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service. In case of disobliging, I will cancel the commission and put you on blacklist.
- I am free to decline your request if I feel like I can't do your character justice.
- Prices shown are base price and can only be used as reference. I may charge more for complicated designs.
- When uploading to any social media platform, please credit me as the artist @nightaky / @akkyp.h
- Unless given permission, do not edit my artwork (cropping is fine).Payments
- Payments are to be made in full before I start the commission.
- I will not refund you once the piece if finished and delivered. If you wish for a refund or big change in the piece, please inform me before I start.Deadlines and delivery
- I ask for your understanding for any slow replies and updates. I am a full-time student and for detailed pieces, it may take me up to 3 month. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please do tell me.Use
- Prices shown are for personal use only, if you wish to use it for any commercial/promotion use, please refer to here:

- I am free to upload commissioned piece to my social media and set as examples for future clients, If you wish for it to be privated, there will be a small additional fee [+$50]
- My artwork is not to be used in any NFTs and AIsCommunication
- Communication through Discord is preferred for exchanging and communicating but is not required.
- I will contact you when I start the commission. During the process, I will keep you updated with progress for sketching-lining-coloring-final touches (workflow differs depending on service).
- It is encouraged to ask for any change during the sketching phase, from the coloring phase onward, only minor revisions will be accepted.
